The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held on a digital platform on Saturday. Chairman of the company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting. The AGM unanimously approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024. Takaful Islami Insurance Vice Chairman Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, Investment Committee Chairman Engr Khondaker Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Risk Management Committee Chairman Md Humayun Kabir Patwary, Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee Chairman Md Khorshed Alam Khan, Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Managing Director Mohammad Selim and CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and 171 shareholders participated in the meeting.
