Takaful Islami Ins re-elects chairman

The 111th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held recently at Head Office of the Company. The meeting unanimously re-elected Anwer Hossain Khan MP as Chairman (Chairman and Managing Director of Modern Group) and Mr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury (Emdad) as Vice Chairman (Managing Director of Kattali Textile Limited (KTL) for the year 2020-2021.

Besides the meeting elected Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary as Chairman of Executive Committee (Managing Director of Park Group), Mr. Md. Abul Hashem as Chairman of Claim Committee (Managing Director of Amiba Group), Mrs. Tahmina Afroz as Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Mr. A.K.M Aminul Islam re-elected as Chairman of Audit Committee (Chairman and Managing Director of Mahmud Group) for the year 2020-2021.
