TAKAFUL ISLAMI INSURANCE BOARD MEETING HELD
The 150th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held in Dhaka recently. Chairman of the company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by Board members, including Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad. CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and Company Secretary Mohammad Shaheen Miah were also present. The Board of Directors approved the financial statement for the year 2025 and recommended 10% cash dividend for shareholders of the company. The Board also approved the First Quarter Financial Statement (unaudited) for the year 2026.
