The 147th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance PLC was held at Dhanmondi in Dhaka on Tuesday. Chairman of the company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by members of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad. Addl. Managing Director Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and Company Secretary Mohammad Shaheen Miah were also present. The Board of Directors approved the third quarter Financial Statement (unaudited) of the company for the year 2025.
