CRYSTAL INSURANCE HOLDS BOARD MEETING
The 105th meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held at the company's Corporate Office in Dhaka recently. Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Directors AHM Mozammel Hoque, Abdullah Hasan, Md Tajul Islam, Farhana Danesh, Soera Zahir, and Nabila Mahmud, Independent Directors Dr M Waliuzzaman, Kazi Nasim Uddin Ahmed, and Md Rashedur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer (C.C) S M Shahidullah, Additional Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer M Mahfuzur Rahman, and Assistant Vice President & In-Charge (Internal Audit & Compliance) Md. Radoan Hossain attended the meeting.
