The 41st Annual General Meeting of IPDC Finance Ltd was held virtually on Thursday, with its Chairman Kazi Mahmood Sattar in the chair. Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO; Barrister Samiul Hashim, Company Secretary & Head of Legal Affairs; Fahmida Khan, Chief Financial Officer; and other senior officials attended the meeting. The shareholders present in the AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022.
