The 43rd annual general meeting of Meghna Petroleum Ltd was held on Saturday on digital platform. Md Mahbub Hossain, senior secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division & chairman of the company, presided over the AGM which approved 150 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders. Abu Saleh Iqbal, managing director of the company, attended, among others.
