The 44th annual general meeting (AGM) of Olympic Industries Limited was held on Thursday virtually. The AGM was presided over by Aziz Mohammad Bhai, chairman of the company. At the AGM, the shareholders approved a 60 per cent cash dividend, the appointment of Aziz Mohammad Bhai as the chairman, the appointment of Nurjehan Hudda as the managing director and also the retirement and re-appointment of four directors.
