The 45th Annual General Meeting of Meghna Petroleum Limited was held on a digital platform on Saturday. Secretary at the Energy and Mineral Recourses Division and Chairman of the board of directors of the company Md Nurul Alam presided over the meeting. Shareholders of the company approved 160% cash dividend for financial year 2022-23 at the meeting. On the same day, the 9th Extraordinary General Meeting of the company was also held.
