The 48th annual general meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Oil Company Limited was held on a virtual platform on Saturday. ABM Azad, Chairman of Jamuna Oil and also Chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation, presided over the meeting. The shareholders of the company approved a 130 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022-23.
