The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held recently at Bank's Corporate Head Office, Dhaka. The Bank has declared 5 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021. Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting. Among others Vice ChairmanMr. Tateyama Kabir, Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Ali Ahmed, Chairman of the Risk Management committee Mr. Khandakar Ruhul Amin, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Md. Motior Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors & Shareholders, Managing Director & CEO Mr. Mamoon Mahmood Shah and Advisor Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossainalso attended the meeting.
