The 9th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Midland Bank Limited (MDB) was held on Saturday at the board room of the Bank's Head Office at Gulshan, Dhaka. Mrs. Nilufer Zafarullah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, presided over the meeting. Directors, Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO, was also present. A 5.0 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021 was approved in the meeting for the shareholders of the Bank.
