Titas approves 2pc cash dividend

DHAKA, Dec 24: The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL) has approved a two percent cash dividend for FY25, reports BSS.

The company also held its 5th special general meeting on a digital platform, according to a press release issued by Titas on Wednesday.

Board Chairman and Secretary to the Chief Adviser's Office Md Saifullah Panna presided over the meeting, while members of the company's board of directors, senior officials of Petrobangla and Titas, and shareholders attended.
