The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank PLC was held on Tuesday on a digital platform. Maj General Mohd Hossain Al Morshed, Vice Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Members of the board Brig Gen Md Shahadat Sikder, Brig Gen Shams Mohammad Mamun, Brig Gen Md Ehsanul Haque, Brig Gen Md Rashidul Islam, Brig Gen Sultanul Afrain Zunaid, Brig Gen Hasan Mahmud, Anisuddin Ahmed Khan (Independent Director); Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director and Unmesh Ray Himel, Company Secretary (Acting), were also present in the meeting. The meeting approved 13 per cent dividend (8 per cent cash and 5 per cent stock) for the year ended on December 31, 2025.
