Among others, members of the Board Brig Gen Abu Naser Md Elias, SGP, ndc, afwc, psc, Brig Gen Md Golam Faruque, SGP, SUP, nswc, afwc, psc, Brig Gen AKM Aminul Haque, ndc, afwc, psc, Brig Gen Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui, BSP, SUP, ndc, psc, Arshad Jamal, Anisuddin Ahmed Khan, Humaira Azam, MD & CEO and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary, were also present in the meeting. The meeting, among others, approved 20 per cent dividend (10 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock) for the year ended on December 31, 2020.
