UCB INVESTMENT, BRAIN STATION 23 SIGN ISSUE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

UCB Investment Limited signed an agreement with Brain Station 23 to act as its issue manager, as the software services company in Bangladesh will venture into the capital market with its upcoming initial qualified investor offer. Tanzim Alamgir, managing director & CEO of UCB Investment Limited, and Raisul Kabir, managing director & CEO of Brain Station 23, were present at the signing event. Officials representing both organisations expressed optimism that the initiative will enhance investor confidence and accelerate the participation of technology-driven companies in the country's capital market.
