UCB LAUNCHES ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

United Commercial Bank (UCB) PLC has launched a month-long Entrepreneurship Development Programme in Savar, Dhaka. The programme is being conducted under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP) with support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance. Bangladesh Bank's SME & Special Programs Department is supervising the initiative. Husne Ara Shikha, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, inaugurated the programme recently. Md Ridwanul Hoque, SEVP & Head of Distributions & Strategy of UCB, was present as the special guest. Md. Ayub Ali, Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank, along with senior officials of UCB, was also present.
