The 10th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC was held at the bank's Head Office in Dhaka on Monday. Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam presided over the meeting. Member of the Audit Committee & Independent Director Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.
