Union Bank holds board meet-

The 17th board meeting of newly-formed board of directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank's head office in the city on Thursday. Chairman of the bank Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, Independent Directors Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid and Mohammad Saiful Alam, Managing Director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director Md Jahangir Alam were also present in the meeting.
