The shareholders of the company approved a 10 per cent cash dividend.
Mohammed Hasmot Ali was unanimously re-elected as Chairman and Md Belayet Hossain re-elected as Vice Chairman of the company.
Md Azizur Rahman was re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Nuruddin Ahmed as Chairman of the Finance & Investment Committee, Jahangir Alam as Chairman of the Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee, Mohammad Faiz as Chairman of the Audit committee, MUA Quader as Chairman of the NRC committee & Barrister Masfiqur Rahman as Chairman of the Risk Management committee. Shareholder's Director Mohammad Mosaddak Ali (Falu) was also present.
