UNITED FINANCE HOLDS 7TH EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
United Finance PLC held its 7th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in a hybrid format on Sunday. Chairman of the company Najmul Hasan presided over the meeting attended by Acting Managing Director Mohammed Abul Ahsan and Acting Company Secretary Labiba Mahjabin along with members of the Board and shareholders. Key amendments to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) were approved at the meeting, which will further strengthen the company's commitment to good governance and support the expansion of Shariah-compliant financial services.
