Khandaker Ali Samnoon, Deputy Managing Director of Uttara Bank PLC, has inaugurated the 50th Sub-Branch of the bank named 'Shamshernagar Sub-Branch' at Shamshernagar, Kamolganj, Moulvibazar, on Monday.
