VAMLGF declares 15pc cash dividend

Vanguard AML Growth Fund (VAMLGF), an open-ended mutual fund of Vanguard Asset Management Ltd., declared a 15 per cent cash dividend for its unit holders for the year ended on 31 March 2021, says a statement.

The trustee board of the fund has declared the 15 per cent cash dividend (i.e. Tk 1.50 per unit), which is 53.20 per cent of the realised earnings. The distributable earnings per unit is Tk 2.82.

"We put investors' interests above everything else in managing our funds," said Waqar Ahmad Choudhury, Managing Director & CEO of Vanguard Asset Management Ltd.

Mr. Choudhury said, "We are very happy to declare the cash dividend to our investors who always keep their faith on our fund management process."

He urged the institutional investors to come forward and participate in the Vanguard AML Growth Fund.
