Popular film actress Apu Biswas, actor Amin Khan and other guests hand over a cheque for Tk 1.0 million to Laki Begum, who became millionaire after buying a Walton fridge under Digital Campaign Season-20. Housewife Laki Begum from Balaganj in Sylhet, who purchased a Walton brand refrigerator, has been awarded Tk 1.0 million as part of 'Nonstop Millionaire' offer under the ongoing Digital Campaign Season-20 of the electronics giant, says a press release.
Laki Begum became the 31st millionaire of the digital campaign after she had purchased her Walton fridge on installment with a down payment of Tk 10,000.
With the slogan of 'Best product, Best offer', Walton launched the 'Digital Campaign Season-20' on March 1 and it will continue until further notice.
A total of 30 customers became millionaire in the earlier seasons of Walton digital campaign. In Season-20, customers can win the 'Nonstop Millionaire' award if they buy Walton fridge, television, air conditioner, washing machine or fan from any Walton Plaza, distributor outlet or online sales platform 'E-plaza' across the country. In addition, sure cashback are also available.
