Robo Superior, a dynamic six-member team from Bangladesh, is making waves in the international Moonshot Pirates competition, an innovation-driven event inspired by the Apollo mission to the moon. This year's theme centers on addressing future food crises, challenging younginnovators to craft tech-driven solutions focused on alternative proteins and affordable plant-based food options.

At the heart of Robo Superior's success lies a team of passionate individuals, each bringing unique expertise to the table. The team is expertly led by Mahdi, whose coordination ensures tasks are streamlined and progress remains on track. Driving the research is Mahafuzur Rahman Mitul, whose deep insights and carefully crafted content form the foundation of their project. Supporting him is Co-Research Head Afran Hossan Reaz, who collaborates on brainstorming and refining innovative ideas.

The technical backbone of the team is Web Developer Nur Ahamed, who leverages his programming expertise to create the app and website integral to their project. Meanwhile, Graphic Head Shameem Sabbir designs captivating visuals, develops the pitch video, and ensures the platform's UI/UX is both functional and appealing. Business Analyst Majedul completes the team by developing a robust business model and conducting market analysis to ensure the project's feasibility.

To advance to the grand finale in Silicon Valley, Robo Superior must overcome two critical hurdles. The immediate challenge is securing enough votes in the ongoing online voting round, which remains open until 9 PM Bangladesh time on December 18. Supporters can vote by visiting the competition's official voting link, searching for "Robo Superior," and submitting their name and email. To ensure their vote counts, they must verify it via email.

If the team clears this phase, they will advance to present their project to a panel of judges. Gaining the judges' approval would earn them a coveted spot in the final round in Silicon Valley, where they would compete not only for top honors but also for the chance to pitch their idea to investors and secure funding to bring their vision to life.

Organized annually since 2019 by Moonshot Pirates in Vienna, Austria, the competition empowers young changemakers aged 15-24 to tackle global challenges aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. This year's edition has drawn over 2,000 participants from around the globe, united by a shared mission to develop solutions that could transform the future of food sustainability.

The competition unfolds through a rigorous process. Participants apply to join the challenge, and those shortlisted are invited to form teams. Each team then submits its project for evaluation. The current stage-the public voting round-will determine the top seven finalists. These finalists will pitch their projects to an expert panel of judges, culminating in the announcement of the winner.

For Robo Superior, this competition is more than just a platform-it is an opportunity to showcase the ingenuity and potential of Bangladeshi youth on the global stage. Their journey reflects a blend of creativity, teamwork, and the ambition to make a meaningful impact. With the backing of their

supporters, Robo Superior is poised to take a significant step toward their ultimate goal: representing

Bangladesh at the pinnacle of innovation in Silicon Valley.
