Mobile recharge remains the most popular service within the bKash app. Recently, both the user interface (UI) and scope of using coupons have been revamped. Customers can now enjoy discounts upon recharging their own or loved one's mobile phone number. By tapping on bKash menu placed in top right corner of the app, users can click on the 'Coupon' option to see details of coupons and its validity. While recharging, the customer can see the coupon code below the recharge amount after selecting the mobile number. By tapping on the 'Use' button next to the customer's preferred code and following some easy steps, the recharge will be successful with a discount.

Saving Debit or Credit Card by Scanning

'Card to bKash Add Money' service has become one of the most popular means of bringing money from bank account to bKash as it enable customers to avail banking services from the comfort of home. The method of saving cards in bKash app has been simplified further. Now, customers can simply scan the card to save it in the app instead of manually entering details. To save a new card by scanning, one need to tap on the 'Add Money' icon in bKash app, select card, enter the amount and proceed to the next step to scan the card.

'Toll' Payment for Bridges and Highways

Another useful addition is the 'Toll' icon, allowing customers to directly pay tolls of major bridges and highways including Meghna Bridge, Gumti Bridge, Bhanga Expressway, etc. without waiting in queues. By registering vehicles through bKash app, tolls are automatically deducted whenever the vehicle cross toll plaza of those selected bridges and highways. This feature eliminates the hassle of manual payments and allows users to manage up to 20 vehicles from the same bKash app, streamlining the toll process for people who travel frequently.
