HONOR launches locally made X5c in Bangladesh

HONOR has launched its locally manufactured smartphone, the HONOR X5c, in Bangladesh, offering durability, performance and affordability for everyday users. Priced at Tk 12,999, the device is available in Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan.
The X5c features Anti-Aging Durability technology, designed to maintain peak performance for up to four years. Laboratory tests show the battery retains over 87 per cent capacity after 1,000 charge cycles. The phone comes with a 13MP AI main camera, MediaTek Helio G81 processor and a 90Hz HONOR FullView Display. It offers 4GB RAM, expandable to 8GB via HONOR RAM Turbo, and 64GB internal storage.
HONOR Bangladesh Country Manager Lang Guo said the X5c reflects the company's commitment to local manufacturing. HONOR has partnered with Grameenphone to provide data offers, including 5GB free data and discounted packages.

realme unveils P4 Power 5G with record 10,001mAh battery

realme has globally unveiled the P4 Power 5G, introducing the world's first mass-produced 10,001mAh Titan Battery and marking the industry's entry into the 10,000mAh era. Built with silicon-carbon anode technology, the battery delivers ultra-long endurance while keeping the device slim at 9.08mm and lightweight at 219g.
The battery supports 80W fast charging and 27W reverse charging, and is designed to retain over 80 per cent health after eight years, with TÜV five-star safety certification. Powered by the Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset, the phone features a 144Hz AMOLED display with up to 6,500 nits peak brightness.
The P4 Power 5G comes with a 'Visible Power' design, IP69 protection and enhanced durability, setting a new benchmark in battery performance and smartphone design. TikTok hosts first creator day in Dhaka.

Samsung offers up to Tk 10,000 smartphone discounts in February

Samsung Bangladesh is offering discounts of up to Tk 10,000 on selected Galaxy smartphones throughout February, giving customers a chance to buy devices amid rising global handset prices driven by component shortages.
The campaign covers multiple Galaxy models across price segments. The Galaxy A17 5G is now available from Tk 25,999 after a Tk 1,500 discount, while the Galaxy A26 5G and Galaxy A36 5G start at Tk 35,999 and Tk 41,999 respectively. In the upper mid-range, the Galaxy A56 5G is priced from Tk 51,999 following a Tk 7,500 reduction.
The Galaxy S25 FE features the largest discount, dropping by Tk 10,000 to Tk 89,999. Entry-level Galaxy A06 and A07 series models also carry reduced prices.
The offers are available at authorised Samsung outlets and retail partners across Bangladesh.
