The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Bank Limited was held on a digital platform on Thursday, with Vice-Chairman of the bank Mollah Fazle Akbar in the chair. Directors and Shareholders of the bank participated in the meeting. Managing Director and CEO of the bank A B M Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury delivered the welcome speech. The meeting approved financial statements of the bank for the year ended 2022 and 5 per cent cash dividend.
