Annual General Meeting of Rupali Insurance Company

Mostafa Golam Quddus, Chairman of Rupali Insurance Company, presided over the Annual General Meeting of the company in the city on Tuesday. Directors K. M. Farookh, Quazi Moniruzzaman, Fazlutun Nessa, Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Abu Hena, Shaon Ahmed, Tasnia Quamrun Anika, Md. Jinnat Ali Mian and Sheikh Mohammed Danial along with the Chief Executive Officer P. K. Roy, FCA & Additional Managing Director Fauzia Quamrun Tania were also present. Others joined the AGM virtually the net profit before tax of the company increased by Tk. 206 million in comparison to corressponding period of the lasr year. The shareholders unanimously approved cash dividend of Tk 10 per cent per share for the year 2021
