BARD's 58th annual planning confce

The 58th Annual Planning Conference of Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD) began at the Lalmai Auditorium in Cumilla on Saturday. Secretary (Routine Charge) of Rural Development and Co-operatives Md Ismail Hossain inaugurated the conference as the chief guest. Dr Hossain Zillur Rahman, chairperson of Brac, Bangladesh, and Executive Chairman of Power and Participation Research Centre (PPRC), was present as a guest of honour in the conference.
