CVO PETROCHEMICAL REFINERY HOLDS 40TH AGM

The 40th annual general meeting (AGM) of CVO Petrochemical Refinery PLC, a private oil company, was held in Chattogram on Wednesday. Chairman of the company Shamsul Alam Shamim presided over the meeting. The AGM declared 11% dividend for the year 2024-25. Managing Director of CVO Petrochemical A H M Habib Ullah, Director Md Ali Murtaja, Independent Director Mohammed Mijbahur Rahman, Chowdhury Mohammed Harun, Executive Director Ahamadul Haque Hasan, External Auditor Amirul Islam, Chief Account Officer Mohammed Abu Taleb, Company Secretary Khwaja Main Uddin Hossain attended the meeting.
