Energyprima Limited (EPL) held its 10th Annual General Meeting at Shahjibazar in Habiganj recently, with company's shareholder Dr Kamaluddin Ahmed in the chair. The company’s Managing Director Moazzam Hossain was also present. The 10th Annual General Meeting of Energyprima Limited (EPL) was held at the company's 50MW Rental Power Plant Project at Shahjibazar in Habiganj recently, says a press statement.
The meeting was presided over by company's shareholder Dr Kamaluddin Ahmed.
Energyprima Managing Director Moazzam Hossain, Director Shahadat Hossain, Company Secretary Dr. Syed Tanvir Alam and other shareholders and senior officials of the company attended the Annual General Meeting.
At the meeting, the company declared 18 per cent cash dividend for the period ending on 30 June 2017.
