Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Secretary, Economic Relations Division, on behalf of the government of Bangladesh, and Ichiguchi Tomohide, Chief Representative of the JICA Office in Bangladesh, signed a loan agreement on "Construction of Dual Gauge Double Line in Joydebpur-Ishurdi Section Project (I)" under the 2nd batch of the 46th Japanese ODA Loan Package at the ERD office in Dhaka on Friday.
