The 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) was held on digital platform on Saturday. In the AGM, no dividend has been approved for the year ended on 30 June 2025. Prof. Abu Ahmed, Chairman, Board of Directors of ICB, presided over the meeting. Managing Director of ICB and other Directors of the Board of ICB were present at the meeting.
