The Infrastructure Development Company Ltd. (IDCOL) has been awarded Certificate of Appreciation by the Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) for being the highest taxpayer in the non-bank financial institution category for the fiscal year 2021-2022. Shahin Akter, Member (Tax Administration & HRM) of NBR, handed over the award to Alamgir Morshed, Executive Director & CEO, IDCOL, during the award giving ceremony arranged by the LTU recently. IDCOL paid Tk 1.78 billion (178.76 crore) in income tax during the FY 2021-22.
