Fazlur Rahman attended the event as the chief guest. Managing Director Md. Mazibur Rahman and Deputy Managing Director Md. Golam Mortuza were present as special guests. The conference was presided over by Abul Kalam Azad, General Manager-in-Charge of the Khulna Divisional Office.
