Muhammad Nazrul Islam, chairman of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) and Former Secretary to the government of Bangladesh, speaking at the Foundation Training course for the newly-recruited officers of the bank at RAKUB Training Institute on Wednesday as the chief guest.
