Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (DPDT) of the Industries Ministry Tuesday sought opinions of all concerned and experts on amending the 'Trademark Act-2009' to make it more clear and time befitting, said a PID release Tuesday morning, reports BSS.
The DPDT has already prepared a draft copy of Trademarks (Amended) Act-2014, now available in the industries ministry's website (www.moind.gov.bd), the release added.
The experts and interested people are requested to give their valuable opinion regarding this act within the next 15 working days .
