PHOENIX FINANCE AGM HELD

The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Phoenix Finance & Investments Limited was held on a digital platform on Thursday. Mohammed Mohsin, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting attended by a large number of the shareholders. Nominee Directors Md Jamirul Islam and Md Rafiqur Rahman, Independent Director Barrister Rashna Imam and Managing Director SM Intekhab Alam were present in the meeting.
