US-Bangla Airlines has started its ticket sales activities at its second outlet at Habib Super Market of Gulshan 1 in Dhaka as part of its plan for better customer service.
The private airlines company has their own outlet at Taher Shopping Centre of Gulshan 2.
The airline has over 30 sales offices in and outside the country and more than 2000 travel agents sale their tickets.
US-Bangla has its own sales outlets at Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara, Airport, Dhanmondi, Motijheel, and Banasree areas in the city.
In Chittagong, it has sales outlets at Agrabad, Nasirabad, EPZ, Airport. Besides, there are is than one sales office in Sylhet, Jessore, Khulna, Barisal, Rajshahi, Saidpur, Rangpur and Cox's Bazar.
The airlines has started to set up own sales office outside the country to avoid appointing general sales agents (GSAs). It has office in Kolkata, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Muscat, and Doha to operate international flights. The process to set up office in Kathmandu of Nepal is underway.
