Yamaha Riders Club accorded a reception to Parisha Akhter on Monday in recognition of her bravery Yamaha Riders Club (YRC), an associate of Yamaha motorcycle riders in Bangladesh, has accorded a reception to Parisha Akhter, a master's student of Jagannath University, in recognition of her bravery as she caught hold of a mugger and beat him up for snatching away a mobile phone from a pedestrian.
Muggers snatched away the mobile phone of Parisha while she was waiting in a traffic signal at Karwanbazar in Dhaka on July 21. Later, she caught a mugger red-handed who snatched a mobile phone from another person.
During the reception, YRC members assured her of standing by her.
There are branches of YRC in every districts of the country and they have about 3,500 members across the country.
YRC members participate in various activities on motorcycle as well as many positive social activities of the country.
