The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Midland Bank Limited (MDB) was held on a digital platform on Wednesday. Mrs. Nilufer Zafarullah, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Bank, presided over the meeting. Mr. Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO, was also present among others. In the AGM, the shareholders approved 5.0 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022. The bank's total shareholders' equity was Tk. 764.65 crore, as of 31.12.2022.
