The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SBAC Bank PLC was held at RAOWA Convention Center in Dhaka on Monday through a hybrid system. Bank's Chairman Md. Moklesur Rahman presided over it. Sponsor Director, Mohammed Ayub; Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Professor Md. Maksudur Rahman Sarker; Directors A.K.M. Delwer Hussain, and retired major Abu Fateh Md. Bashirur Rahman; and Managing Director & CEO S.M. Mainul Kabir attended the meeting in person.
