The 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited was held on Monday on a virtual platform. Chairman of the bank Sayem Ahmed presided over the event. The meeting approved 17.5 per cent cash dividend and 7.5 per cent stock dividend for the year 2022.
