The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mercantile Islami Insurance PLC was held virtually on Tuesday. Mr. Abdul Haque, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Adviser M. Kamal Uddin, Executive Committee Chairman, Md. Nabiullah, Director Abdul Mannan Mazumder, Nurul Azim Sunny, Azad Mustafa, Mohiuddin Ibnul Arabi, Independent Director & Chairman NRC Salam Obaidul Karim, shareholders, independent scrutinizer, statutory auditors, Chief Executive Officer Firoz Ahmed and senior executives of head office joined the meeting. 10 per cent cash dividend was also approved for all shareholders in the meeting for the year ended 31 December 2025.
