The 400th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held at Corporate Head Office of the bank on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by the bank's Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board of Directors celebrated the 400th meeting with a cake-cutting ceremony. The Board also approved a number of investment proposals. Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed, Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Md. Reazul Karim attended the meeting. Besides, Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
