40TH AGM OF SABINCO HELD

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Saudi-Bangladesh Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited (SABINCO) was held at its Head Office at Nikunja in Dhaka recently. The meeting approved cash dividend of Tk 150 million for the year 2023. The company earned a net profit of Tk 343.31 million during the year. The meeting reviewed the operational performance, accounts and investment portfolio. Md Jahid Hossain, Joint Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, and Mohammed H Alshuhail, Director, SABINCO, represented the respective shareholders at the meeting while Chairman of the company Sultan Abdulrauf presided over the meeting.
