40TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF DELTA LIFE INSURANCE HELD

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held virtually on Monday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder presided over the AGM. Independent Director Barrister Fida M. Kamal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Azimuddin Biswas along with members of the board of directors, external auditors, and representatives from the BSEC, the DSE and the CSE, joined the meeting. Shareholders of the company approved the audited financial statements for the year 2025 along with a 35 per cent cash dividend against the face value of Tk 10.
