41st AGM of Uttara Bank PLC

Uttara Bank PLC declared 30% (17.50% cash and 12.50% stock) dividend for the year-2023 and passed the Annual Report-2023 along with the profit and loss account in its 41st Annual General Meeting held on Thursday on a digital platform. Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank presided over the meeting. Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, Managing Director & CEO, and other directors also attended the meeting.
