57th AGM of Eastern Lubricants Blenders held
The 57th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC was held virtually on Saturday. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastern Lubricants Blenders A. H. M. Nurul Islam, also a retired secretary, presided over the meeting. Directors of the Board Md. Amin Ul Ahsan, Shaheen Mahbuba, Shahina Sultana, Major Shahab Hasnain Choudhury (retd), Mohiuddin Ahmed, Shareholder Director Md. Shahadat Hossen FCMA, Managing Director engineer Mohammad Shahidul Alam, Company Secretary Abu Mohammad Saifuddin, CFO Md. Rezaul Karim Siddique as well as BPC and company's high officials were present at the meeting. After approval of audited financial statements for the year ended on 30 June 2025, the shareholders approved 80 per cent cash dividend and 50 per cent stock dividend.
